Beginner Levels 1 & 2. This class will include beginner and foundational Pilates exercises designed to increase your flexibility, balance, coordination, core strength and mind-body connection. Also includes some stretching and muscle release. Props (optional): resistance band (i.e. Theraband), a small & large pillow or foam roller, mini stability ball, light weights (2-3 lbs), yoga block.
